Yoga Classes

In-Studio or Online  

Experience Kundalini Yoga by joining in one of the classes I lead, either in the studio in Prahran or online from the comfort of your special space. You’ll be guided through the yoga, experiencing meditation, chanting, breathing and movement. When the session ends, you’ll have a sense of calm as your whole nervous system will be reset.

Private Yoga 1:1 Coaching

6 Week Program

If you’re new to the Kundi movement and yoga, this 6 week program will teach you the essential skills to practice Kundalini Yoga. You’ll be started on your journey of self-discovery, finding what you’re capable of when you learn how to banish negative thoughts and speak with kindness and love.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll discover how to:

  • Build a foundation for Kundalini Yoga
  • Raise your Kundalini energy to achieve your goals 
  • Identify past traumas, patterns and behaviours
  • Use Kundalini Kriya (movements) and Pranayama (breathing) techniques
  • Navigate your emotions and learn basic Kundalini mantras
  • Introduce a basic Ayurvedic diet
  • Identify your numerology

3 Month Program

When you’re ready to take your Kundalini Yoga practice to the next level, this 3 month program will enhance your journey. You’ll raise your Kundalini energy intensely in a short period to push through internal blocks and change your brain’s neurological pathway. Fulfil your creative destiny as you start to transform into the highest version of yourself.

  • Set intentions for your new life
  • Create a daily practice of Kundalini yoga
  • Raise your Kundalini energy to achieve your goals
  • Identify your divine strengths
  • Tune in and out of Kundalini yoga
  • Learn a complex mantra and clearing meditation
  • Let go of past trauma
  • Fine tune your Kundalini skills
  • Work deeper on your physical fitness and diet

  • 2 private lessons (1 hour each)
  • 2 group classes (1.5 hours each)
  • 1 phone call (30 mins)
  • All workshops in the studio or online

6 Month Program

If you’re struggling with big life changes that make you feel powerless during stormy emotions, rocking your life out of control, this 6 month program will help you transform from breakdown to spiritual breakthrough. You’ll come to trust your divine self and feel a deep connection with your inner guidance, stabilising your intense emotions and truly understanding yourself. By the end of 6 months, you’ll be a strong, spiritual being.

  • Stop defining yourself by fear, confusion and doubt
  • Understand the changes that are happening within yourself

  • Learn body-centred practices to create a peaceful safe-haven during stormy emotions

Program structure: 

The program is undertaken in 4 terms x 9 weeks each with a 2 week break in between.

We usually follow the Victorian school terms to keep a balance between family life and social/rest time.

12 Month Program

This 12 month program is designed for those who need a considerable life change. Using the a Kundalini approach including yoga sets, breathing exercises and meditation, combined with coaching and one on one counselling, you’ll experience an intense deep inner shift that will change your habits permanently. This training provides a profound personal transformation and you’ll learn to treat yourself with kindness and compassion.

Over 12 months, you’ll discover how to:

  • Learn what your soul is and how to connect with it on a daily basis
  • Identify unconscious triggers that affect your self-love and acceptance
  • Connect with inner wisdom and intuition at every moment
  • Gain experience and understanding of how Kundalini Yoga strengthens the nervous, glandular, circulatory and digestive systems
  • Incorporate mediation interventions to release anger or fearful emotions
  • Create a relationship with your higher consciousness 
  • Gain an awareness your thoughts and actions and how you’re being
  • How to overhaul your diet to make significant changes to eating habits
  • An ability to do longer meditations with ease and grace 
  • A strong connection to the universal love that connects you to all sentient beings
